Our team is comprised of both RICS accredited Surveyors and Architectural Technicians who have over 30 years’ experience in the measurement of existing buildings and structures. Maudsley Hospital, London, UK

South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLAM) recognise the benefits of BIM for management and future planning of their site. Earlier this year they implemented a BIM programme and Mollenhauer provided the BIM survey of the site.

Mollenhauer scanned the entire site and modelled 30 buildings and topography in Revit. The buildings range from heritage structures to ones that have been built in recent years. Each building was modelled individually and linked into a single master project. The model will be used by SLAM as a Facilities Management and design tool, as well as by The Soluis Group who will use the model to create a cutting edge interactive visualisation of the campus
